ABOUT ME
I’m Claire, a Humanist celebrant based in Bristol with a love of love. If you’re looking for a joyful, personalised wedding ceremony, I might just be the person to marry you!
I’ve always loved working with people. I used to be an actor, then I worked in healthcare and for a charity. But I wanted to spend more time being creative, and celebrating life - and what better way than to celebrate LOVE?
So I retrained as a celebrant, oddly enough at the same moment I became engaged. I went DEEP into wedding research, as a professional and a bride-to-be. As I planned my own wedding, I grew my business.
And now? I’m living happily in Bristol, with my partner and our demanding cat. I get to travel all over the country for ceremonies, and I absolutely love what I do.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU
If you’re not sure quite what you want from your wedding, get in touch anyway and perhaps we can figure it out together. At the very least, I can make some suggestions! I’ve been there myself, and I’m happy to help.
Equally, if you’re not quite sure about Humanist weddings, give me a call! I’m more than happy to talk it through.
But here’s a bit about what makes them so very special…
We can do whatever you like. And I really mean whatever! If you want to keep it sweet and simple, that’s what I’ll write. If you want a 90-minute love-festival with 28 readings, a hand-fasting, a flashmob and your love story told beginning to end, we can do it!
Together, you and I will invent your ceremony, and make it absolutely you.
I don’t even have to deliver it! I’m happy to help write a script for Auntie June to read on the day, if that’s what would make it feel special for you.
